Listed infrastructure: A solution for policy benchmarks and investor portfolios

As infrastructure allocations continue to rise, more investors are considering listed infrastructure as a policy benchmark and a portfolio solution alongside private infrastructure. In this paper, we review:

We believe listed infrastructure can be a valuable component of an institutional benchmarking solution and further accretive to infrastructure portfolios. In a hybrid listed-private solution, we see the potential for balanced liquidity, immediate access, dynamic management, enhanced sector exposures, and the potential for strong risk-adjusted returns.
