We engage clients to fully understand their investment objectives, working with them to design, build, and manage objective-driven portfolio allocations within or across real assets. We support clients in determining strategic portfolio approaches, assessing existing pain-points and planning for short and long-term investment outcomes.

The CBRE IM Marketing team focuses on promoting the firm’s global real asset solutions across all strategies. The marketing team aims to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and support business growth through strategic campaigns, digital initiatives, and thought leadership.

We oversee financial reporting to clients, cash flow planning, balance sheet management and fund operations. We work to deliver investment and fund structuring that meet our investors’ unique regulatory, tax, and performance requirements.

CBRE IM offers opportunities to build portfolios that give clients access to transactions and specialist strategies, including a range of alternative property types. You will be exposed to a number of Fund and Separate Account solutions available to our investors.

Work with a diversified, actively managed portfolio of listed real estate, listed infrastructure, and listed real assets solutions.

CBRE IM offers opportunities to be involved with stock and security analysis across a multitude of strategies and structures.

Help build and manage diversified portfolios of global mid-market infrastructure assets through customized mandates. We invest in renewable energy, transportation, digital infrastructure, social infrastructure, and utilities. Our diverse portfolios focus on core and core-plus, mid-market investments in Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) geographies.

New Graduate Analyst Program FAQs

If we post 2026 or 2027 entry-level analyst positions for external applicants, the deadline to apply will be dependent on the specific role. Typically within 2-3 weeks after the analyst job is posted.

Application is submitted and reviewed by our People team. You will be contacted via email to complete a recorded video interview. Final round interviews will vary by role. Typically, you will be invited to conduct an in-person or virtual interview with our team.

We recruit in the fall for a summer start in the following year. The positions are posted only on an adhoc basis, as the vast majority of the analyst positions are reserved for our intern program conversion candidates.
