What are your aspirations?
My aspirations are I would like to further enhance my skillset, knowledge, and technical skills in the Real Estate industry. I would also like to one day become an Assistant Analyst in the department I work in.

What have you learnt during your time at CBRE IM, so far?
I have learnt about Real Estate, company operations, portfolio construction, and balancing portfolios optimally.

What are your aspirations?
I hope to be able to have a broad insight of real estate as a whole and be able to apply this knowledge in my work.

What have you learnt during your time at CBRE IM, so far?
I have been learning about both the commercial and the residential side of real estate, where it can range from investment reviews to financial modelling and cash flow models. In addition, I have been learning more about both client and fund needs for each portfolio as well as getting further insight into the different assets.

What have you learnt during your time at CBRE IM, so far?
During my internship stint with CBRE IM, I had the privilege to work with three different teams. This unique experience allowed me to gain insights and learn hands-on how the real estate investment management industry work. Specifically, I learnt about an investment management firm’s responsibility to investors and stakeholders.
