Yme Bouma is a Senior Director in the EMEA Investor Solutions team based in Schiphol. In this role, he is responsible for business development, capital raising and investor servicing specifically with the company’s existing and prospective institutional clients and their advisors based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and in Norway.
In January 2000, Yme joined CBRE Investment Management (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) with asset and transaction management responsibilities for the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. In September 2003, he became a member of the Investor Solutions Team, and between 2006-2012 also built relationships with institutional investors based in the UK and in the Middle East in addition to the Nordics.
Prior to these positions, Yme served for seven years as a portfolio manager for the listed real estate investment company VIB (now known as Corio) with responsibilities for part of the office portfolio in the Netherlands. He started his career in 1990 at commercial real estate broker DRS Makelaars, covering office transactions in the greater Amsterdam area.
Yme holds a degree in Dutch law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
