Experience
Tristan Freeman is a Senior Associate in the EMEA Credit Strategies investment team. Tristan is responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of new investments for all loan products offered by the EMEA Credit platform.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Tristan spent 4 years with LaSalle’s European Debt Investments and Special Situations team where he was responsible for originating and executing investments across the capital structure. He led the origination of €1bn+ of structured financings throughout Europe and across a variety of sectors.
Previously, he spent 2 years at Nuveen Real Estate where he was involved in transactions and fund management working across equity and debt products in Europe and Australia.
Mr. Freeman earned his Bachelor’s (BA Hons) In Geography from Newcastle University and has passed Level 1 of the CFA Program.
