Laura Wilson-Brown

Laura Wilson-Brown is Head of Office Management for CBRE Investment Management’s U.K. Direct Real Estate Strategies. Based in London, Laura oversees the asset management team responsible for U.K. office assets. She is part of the EMEA Office leadership team and is responsible for the firm’s main office occupier relationships in EMEA.

Since joining the firm in 2006, Laura has held several Fund Management roles across the U.K. separate account business. In January 2018, she was appointed Head of U.K. Asset Management and in January 2022, Laura became a member of the EMEA Office leadership team. She began her career in the industry in 2004.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons) from Newcastle upon Tyne University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University. Laura is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds the Investment Management Certificate. She is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers Certification Regime.
