Joseph Bahsoon is a Director within the Americas Credit Division at CBRE Investment Management, responsible for underwriting, conducting due diligence and executing debt investments.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2021, Joseph worked as a Director for CBRE Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for origination and deal execution, transaction due diligence and underwriting, fund management and impact investing, and business growth. Prior to that, he worked as a Director in a business development role for CBRE Global Corporate Services, responsible for managing in-country agents, overseeing transactions and creating occupational business plans and portfolio analysis tools.
Joseph began his career in 2010 as a Director at CBRE City Valuation Advisory, where he completed monthly and quarterly appraisals of $800 million worth of assets.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors and a Master of Science degree in European Property Development and Planning from University College London.
