Gill Roantree is COO – Real Estate for CBRE Investment Management, based in London. Prior to her current role, Gill served as COO for the firm’s Indirect Real Estate Strategies business.
She is a director of CBRE Investment Management Indirect Limited.
Gill began her career in the real estate industry in 2002. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Gill served as COO at Mayfair Capital, a UK property fund manager. Prior to that, she was with Schroders as COO of the Real Estate Investment Division, which included direct real estate funds, fund of funds and real estate securities predominantly domiciled in Luxembourg, the UK and Jersey. Gill has a strong background in fund establishment, structuring investment solutions for clients, financial operations, compliance and corporate finance.
Gill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from UWE Bristol. She is a Qualified Accountant, a Senior Manager under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and holds the SMF3.
