Experience
Christina Forrest is a Managing Director and Fund Manager for EVP, the European Value add fund series. With over 16 years of real estate experience, Christina is responsible for the day-to-day management of the ECF and EVP2 fund portfolios with a value of €3.2 billion GAV across Europe. She leads on setting the strategy for the funds and managing the team in implementing the fund strategy as well as liaising with investors. She is responsible for portfolio management, business plan implementation, acquisitions and disposals and overall fund performance. The EVP series’ focus on logistics has been led by Christina, with a total portfolio of €2 billion of logistics assets and developments.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Christina was at Pradera for three years. She was responsible for sourcing new assets to support the investment needs of the company’s funds, joint ventures and separate account initiatives across Europe. Christina managed the full deal execution process from underwriting to closing and was also in charge of executing disposals. In addition to her transactional responsibilities, Christina had significant involvement in business development.
Earlier in her career, Christina held the position of Investment Manager at Resolution Property for five years. There she was in charge of deal sourcing, execution and asset disposals across Europe, with a focus on value-add retail in Germany, France and the Netherlands.
Christina started her career at Cushman & Wakefield where she worked for six years in the cross-border investment team advising clients on transactions across Europe.
Christina has a master's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Maastricht.
