Bryan Hawkins is an Investment Director in the EMEA Credit Strategies investment team. He responsible for the origination and execution of loans for all the lending programs undertaken by the credit business, having led the small and mid-market loans under separate account client strategies for the business.
Bryan joined CBRE Investment Management at the end of 2019 when Laxfield Capital, which he joined in 2015, was acquired by the firm.
Previously a Director at RBS, Bryan has a wealth of experience in the real estate sector, having provided a full range of equity, mezzanine and senior debt funding for property developers and investors across the UK. During his 13 years with the bank, Bryan worked with a varied client base and funded projects across the full spectrum of real estate. He began his career in the industry in 2003.
Bryan earned a Master’s degree from St. Andrews University and a Master’s of Science degree in Property Investment from the University of Reading. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
