Alisha Litt

Alisha Litt is a Senior Associate for CBRE Investment Management’s U.S. core strategy and is based in New York. She joined the team in January 2022 and is responsible for portfolio management including performance analysis, client engagement and sustainability strategy.

Alisha joined CBRE Investment Management in 2018, working on the European value-add strategy based in London. In this role, she was responsible for underwriting, structuring and executing investment opportunities, managing portfolio assets, securing leverage and delivering investor reporting. She was also involved in the EUR 1 billion fundraise and full deployment.

Alisha is involved with the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and is a member of the CBRE Tri-State Women's Network Board, where she is responsible for culture initiatives, diverse recruiting and mentorship. She is also a Sustainability Ambassador for the firm.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Alisha worked at Deutsche Bank in the Corporate Finance division, providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. She began her career in the industry in 2016.

Alisha earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Mathematics with Economics from University College London and is a CFA Charter holder.
