Adi Mayan is Head of Logistics Asset Management and Customer Experience Lead for the Americas Direct Real Estate Platform. She manages the Americas Logistics Asset Management team, leading the team to deliver on all aspects of an occupier’s needs from strategic planning in market/site selection to leasing/development executions through to management of our assets and providing an innovative experience for the employees of our tenants.
Adi works closely with our Insights & Intelligence and ESG teams to integrate the most up-to-date information and best practices into our logistics asset management process for the benefit of our customers and clients. In her role as Customer Experience Lead for the Americas Direct Real Estate Platform, she ensures that our occupiers have unique and exceptional customer experiences that will create loyal customers positively impacting the bottom line.
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Adi served as an asset manager with the Global Real Estate Assets division of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where she managed a portfolio of 31 office buildings valued at $2.4 billion. Adi’s responsibilities included the preparation of business plans and quarterly reports, financial analyses for lease and hold-sell determinations, and financial models for asset underwriting.
Adi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, graduating with honors.
