Experience

Adi Mayan is Co-Head of Commercial Asset Management for the Americas Direct Real Estate business. In this capacity, she co-manages the Americas Commercial Asset Management team, provides leadership for the programs and technologies used in the operation and administration of firm assets, reviews budgets and business plans and is responsible for risk management. Additionally, Adi is a portfolio manager for a sovereign wealth separate account client and is responsible for asset management of select assets across the South on behalf of commingled funds and separate account clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Adi served as an asset manager with the Global Real Estate Assets division of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where she managed a portfolio of 31 office buildings valued at $2.4 billion. Adi's responsibilities included the preparation of business plans and quarterly reports, financial analyses for lease and hold-sell determinations and financial models for asset underwriting. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2005. 

Adi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, graduating with honors.
