Professional Experience

Aaron joined CBRE Investment Management in 2014 and is a member of CBRE Investment Management’s Private Infrastructure investment committees. Aaron has extensive experience evaluating infrastructure and energy opportunities, as well as with asset management.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Aaron was engaged to help structure and raise a Latin American infrastructure and energy fund. Prior to that, Aaron was a member of Macquarie Bank in a variety of roles. Aaron worked as part of its investment team in Calgary, where he evaluated more than 200 energy opportunities. Aaron was also part of the team in Mexico City that successfully launched the Macquarie Mexico Infrastructure Fund, raising more than $400 million in 2009. Prior to this, Aaron worked on Macquarie’s infrastructure asset management team in Toronto as an analyst in the toll road group. Previously, Aaron worked with KPMG Transaction Services in Toronto with their transaction due diligence group.

Aaron is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder. He received a Master of Finance with Distinction from INSEAD and Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University.
