Julie joined the firm in 2021 from CPP Investments, an approximately $500 billion Canadian Pension Plan, where she was Managing Director overseeing portfolio strategy design and execution for 50 million square feet of U.S. residential and retail investments.
In 2023, Julie was selected for Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate list and was also named the North American Industry Figure of the Year for Private Equity Real Estate (PERE). In 2024, Julie was also honored as one of the Women of Influence in CRE by GlobeSt.com.
Julie currently serves on the ULI UDMUC Silver Council, the advisory board of the CBRE Women’s Network and the board of NAREIM, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Manager.
