Global Office Report - A Two Speed Market?

Evidence has started to emerge of a bifurcation in the office sector, with Prime offices proving more resilient through the pandemic although there are significant regional discrepancies in the six office markets included in this report. The office still plays an important role, however existing pre-pandemic trends such a highly amenisted offices and ESG compliant buildings have accelerated over the course of the past two years, leading to an uneven recovery in the sector.

Hybrid working will not dampen office demand evenly across the sector. Buildings that focus on employee wellbeing, exceptional amenities, ESG credentials and high connectivity will outperform the wider sector.
