Listed Infrastructure: A premium asset class on sale

After strong relative performance in 2022, listed infrastructure has lagged equities in the first half of 2023. We believe this presents an opportunity to allocate to an asset class that has historically outperformed, possesses strong fundamentals, and trades at a valuation disconnect that has historically preceded strong total and relative returns.  Within, we review our mid-year outlook for listed infrastructure.
